Maxxom Communications, Inc. (collectively referred to as "we", "us" or
"Maxxom Communications, Inc."). This privacy policy describes what information we collect, how we use that information in providing our products and services to you and how you may opt out of receiving product updates and other information from us. INFORMATION COLLECTED
Information includes your name, address, email address, IP address and may include credit card or bank account number, and reserve the right in the future to link such usage information to contact information or personal
nonpublic information for each customer or visitor to our web sites in order to better understand which information or services are of more value to our customers.
USE OF INFORMATION
This information is used to inform you of updates or changes to the Service. We may notify you of products and services offered by us, our resellers, affiliates and other third parties that we believe might be of interest to you.
We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, to administer our web site and collect regional demographic information. We use contact information from the registration form to send the user promotional material from some of our partners. Contact information is also used to contact the visitor when necessary.
We do not track what individual users read, but rather how well each page performs overall. This helps us continue to build a better service for you.
ADVERTISERS
Maxxom Communications, Inc. never shares advertiser's individual personal information with anyone, so an advertiser will never know that a specific user clicked their ad, and we don't track which terms a particular user enters.
COOKIES

NEWSLETTERS
Maxxom Communications, Inc. offers free electronic newsletters to users. We
gather the e-mail addresses of users who voluntarily subscribe. Customers may remove themselves from any mailing list by following the instructions contained in every newsletter. They can also subscribe to the newsletters at the time of registration.
SURVEYS
Maxxom Communications, Inc. occasionally conducts customer surveys to better target our content and product inventory to our audience. We sometimes share the aggregated demographic information in these surveys with our advertisers and partners. We never share any information about specific individuals with any third party, except as noted previously.
TRACKING
Maxxom Communications, Inc.tracks user traffic patterns throughout
www.maxxom.com and this information is correlated with data about individual users. Overall usage statistics, according to a user's domain name, browser type and MIME type gotten by reading this information from the browser string (information contained in every user's browser), are also broken down. We also tracks and catalogs the search terms that customers enter into our search tools, but this tracking is never associated with individual users.
UNSUBSCRIBE
Users may unsubscribe to any of our electronic newsletters at any time by following the instructions contained at the end of each newsletter.
DISCLOSURE
We may provide order information obtained by cookies and shopper preference information (or a subset of such information) to third party resellers of the Service, merchants and third parties who are affiliated with our Service, provide services to us in support of the Service or advertise on the Service.
